Mine will most likely vote yes, to my ultimate dismay.
I am watching your John Boehner right now debate this bill. He is doing a fantastic job breaking it down. And the best part, he is doing it with the democrats favorite weapon, filibuster. And when the little weasel Waxman tried to break the rules and stop him, Nancy Pelosi of all people shot him down and let Boehner keep going. He is still on a roll and may be our best hope

What are a few of the difficulties that Carl Elliot had to go through to do what he believed in. For example, did he have to deal with a lot of racial threats- and things like that. Did he have troubles with any of the committees he was in- or any of his Acts (Such as the Library Act) Even just a site with this information would help- I think I’d get more out of reading it myself anyways… >_< I justcan't find anything- and I can't use Wikepedia.

Ok, just because you cant use wiki as a source, doesnt mean you cant use it as a starting point, most of the people who post there post there references and you can go from there.
Well anyways I am assuming you are talking about Carl Elliott cause I didnt find one the way you spelled it. It seems he wrote a book called The Cost of Courage: Journey of an American Congressman http://www.amazon.com/dp/081731105X/
The book can be found at several books stores I would think, maybe even your local library.

Congressman Randy Neugebauer have make his apology because he shouted “baby killer” during Bart Stupak’s speech while he was on the House floor.
“After weeks and months of debate and discussions finnaly was the climax yesterday about health care bill that my constituents fear and do not support,” Congressman Randy Neugebauer said in a intervieuw “In the heat and emotion of the debate, I exclaimed the phrase ‘it’s a baby killer’ in reference to the agreement reached by the Democratic leadership. While I remain heartbroken over the passage of this bill and the tragic consequences it will have for the unborn, I deeply regret that my actions were mistakenly interpreted as a direct reference to Congressman Stupak himself.”
Congressman Randy Neugebauer has apologize, not to the people, but he apologized to Stupak and his colleagues:
“I have apologized to Mr. Stupak and also apologize to my colleagues for the manner in which I expressed my disappointment about the bill,” he said in a statement. “The House Chamber is a place of decorum and respect. The timing and tone of my comment last night was inappropriate.”
Also a politicus can not always say what he is thinking. Escpeccialy congressman Randy Neugebauer must first think before he speaks!
It’s also a little bit of hyprocrite when Randy Neugebauer that he thinks a black man must show proof of his birth and he not!
Wauw people we live in 2010, how is it possible that so a person as Randy Neugebauer exist and also has choosen as a congressman?
